Our new factory under construction
Our new factory, which we will open in the first quarter of 2023, will be Turkey's first LEED certified sustainable seamless production factory.

Our new facility, where we will implement all the requirements of LEED, is the first step of sustainable greener production. We think that manufacturing is more than just equipment and a building. For this reason, we designed a facility with its own ecosystem. We are preparing our new facility for a new future with our happy and motivated employees.

Energy & Traceability
We monitor and implement the energy consumption in our facilities in the most sensitive manner. We keep energy efficiency at the highest level with our solar panels and energy analyzers. We use energy star compatible devices and machines in our facility. each production line is monitored daily with separate energy analyzers. We strengthen our understanding of green facilities with the use of electric vehicles within the facility.

In addition to the importance of sustainable resources, energy and environmental factors, the importance of knowledgeable, happy and motivated employees who manage these resources correctly is very important. As SML Seamless, we attach great importance to the concept of motivated and happy employees. We created our social areas and opportunities within the facility.
Materials & Resources
We have a global supply network in terms of access to environmentally friendly and sustainable raw materials. As transportation and supply processes, our infrastructure allows access to all kinds of materials.
In addition to biodegradable, recycled or recyclable yarns, industrially produced yarns are also in our supply chain.
